Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client, prestataire de services pour la propreté et les métiers associés, recherche un(e) Responsable du développement des ressources humaines.

Informations sur l'entreprise

Rattaché au siège de la filiale et placé sous l'autorité directe du Responsable administratif & financier et du Directeur d'exploitation, vous aurez pour mission de faire appliquer la stratégie RH définie par la Direction.

Vous disposerez d'une autonomie complète dans le déroulement des tâches confiées selon le respect des procédures et des délais.

Missions

Déploiement de la politique RH sur le terrain et notamment la politique de recrutement
Pilotage de l'intégration et la formation des salariés en collaboration avec le département QSE
Suivi disciplinaire; gestion et suivi des convocations aux visites médicales; gestion de l'absentéisme
Digitalisation des procédures de travail
Suivi des signatures électroniques de contrat et gestion des relances en collaboration avec la Responsable paie
Suivi des outils de reporting RH et analyse du bilan social
Mise en place de projets RSE
Animation et négociation avec les partenaires sociaux en collaboration avec la Direction
Gestion et encadrement des assistants RH
Veille et mise en application des évolutions législatives sociales
Autres projets RH et communication RH

Profil du candidat

Titulaire d'une formation de type MASTER (BAC +5) en gestion des ressources humaines avec un minimum de 4/5 ans d'expérience
Vous avez un excellent relationnel et de bonnes capacités de communication et de rédaction
Langue français obligatoire,la maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou du portugais est un atout
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office, KeyPaye...)
