Your role

Within Flats Products Europe, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team in charge of Renewable Energy/JV & COO, CDO and Safety perimeter.


Main tasks

Related to Renewable Energy & JV department:

  • Support the HR Lead & the Head of the department in the recruitment process: defining the job description, sourcing strategy, posting, and leading the interview process, onboarding.
  • Support and deploy the LD processes for the department: Career Committees preparations; Succession Planning, Performance assessments moderation, data consolidation, presentation, HRIS systems updates

Related to COO, CDO & Safety department:

  • Support on Major HR Projects for the full scope:
  • Speakup +: promoting the survey, following up with managers, preparing actions plan and ensuring the appropriate follow up.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • HR communication (Newsletter, COO Sharepoint)
  • Support & coordination of HR campaigns such as Salary increases, bonus and promotions in accordance with local regulations
  • Support & coordination of leadership development processes (Career committees, EGEDP, Succession Planning, Leadership pipelines)
  • Main HR point of contact for COO central population
  • HRIS reporting on various tools (SAP, eGEDP), support in data quality and maintenance & organizational updates,
  • Ad hoc requests of HR statistical analysis.
  • Office mgmt. for Luxembourg based population & onboarding of newcomers

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in human resources or Business/Management (University or Business Schools)
  • Already relevant experience (23 years) in one of the relevant HR domains (Leadership Development, HR controlling, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Strong analytical skills, HR Systems first experience is expected
  • Flexible in adapting to changing environments.
  • Fluency in English is required, second language is a +
Other important details

  • Fulltime position, based in Luxembourg
  • Normal hours are 8 hours per day plus lunch, Monday to Friday
  • Reporting to the HR Lead COO, CDO, Safety & Decarbonisation Program / Renewable Energy & JVs.
