TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a strong partner to the Cargolux Business Units, implementing and developing HR initiatives in line with the overall business and company strategy;
Deliver and position HR programs to the business, consult line managers and top management of the Business Unit in strategic talent questions, and integrate the business perspective into the HR team;
Oversee the key HR processes for the

Business Unit:
recruiting, training & development, succession planning and budgeting;

Assist managers in matters related to employee working conditions and workforce planning;
Facilitate yearly promotion process and appraisals.
Advise managers in performance management and employee relations topics;
Help create policies and procedures to implement the Company HR strategy.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

5+ years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in an international company.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or any other related field would be a distinct advantage.
Working knowledge of Luxembourg labor laws and regulations.
Understanding of social security and taxes aspects.
Experience in project management and change management.
Strong organizational skills, autonomous and flexible, problemsolving and handson attitude.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook), ideally with SAP/HR experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of French, German and/ or Luxembourgish would be a distinct advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Full time, permanent position based in our HQ Luxembourg.
Due to the level of responsibilities of the position, flexibility with working hours is required.
A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
