Job Description:


  • HR IT Systems & new HRIS
  • Act as the main point of contact for the implementation of the
    new HRIS for the Luxembourg branch
  • Actively participate in workshops, fill workbooks, participate in the testing phase
  • Prepare minutes and recaps for the team and arrange meetings with the HR team when key decisions in relation to the HRIS implementation are to be taken
  • Support a smooth data migration to the new HRIS, check and crosscheck that all data has been uploaded smoothly
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT tools, strive to promote innovation and provide guidance in the usage of new and current systems, processes and procedures
  • Reporting and data analytics
  • Create relevant
    HRrelated reports and statistics: make sure that HR indicators are always up to date and prepare adhoc reporting whenever requested by management and/or relevant stakeholders
  • Encourage a datadriven mindset across the team, support the implementation of HR KPIs to enhance efficiency and innovation
  • HR Operations and HR project
  • Take part in the implementation of Company policies and ensure they are constantly up to date
  • Partner with the PR team for the communication of HR policies, procedures, programs, and local regulations that have an impact on personnel
  • Advise and act upon possibly all
    HR process improvements:
  • Act as
    key
    contact for employees in the resolution complex HR related matters, partnering with the L&OD Team whenever necessary and escalating to the HRBP when relevant
  • Support the HRBP in carrying out HRrelated projects, both locally and in collaboration with the HR team in Budapest
  • Support, assist and backup the HRBP for all HRrelated topics
  • Act as a backup and/or support the HR Specialist and/or Senior HR Specialist when needed, especially with regards to payroll checks and compulsory administrative obligations
  • Stay abreast of relevant local and international regulation changes pertaining to the domain of labor law, social security and tax

Qualifications:


  • Educational background in Human Resources or similar
  • 2/3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Sound understanding of HRIS, previous experience in the implementation of SAP is a plus
  • Notions of project management methodologies
  • Excellent command of the Office suite, especially of Excel
  • Fluent in English. The working knowledge of French or German would be considered a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
