A degree- Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fastpaced and customerdriven environment
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Relevant knowledge of EU employment laws & HR best practices
- Experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS system experience (i.e. PeopleSoft, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
- This role can be located in Luxembourg or any Sort Center in Germany, UK, Italy, France or Spain.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll drive a positive employee experience through your detailed grasp of HR programmes, processes, and tools, offering credible and clear HR advice to Amazon's managers.
From resolving complex HR queries with colleagues to perfecting new policies and programmes, you'll be making a real difference in how Amazon operates.
Key job responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to provide support in executing people initiatives across the EU.
- Liaise between the EU and Regional business leaders and the field PXT teams in country, to drive the people agenda and support the strategic goals.
- Partner with central project and tech teams both on the business and PXT side.
- Own and deliver projects and drive progress towards business goals
- Resolve highlevel employee issues, including grievances, appeals and complex disciplinary issues
- Analyse internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for leadership at your site
Senior HR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work.
You'll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions.
From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews.
You'll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you'll be helping our colleagues grow.

- Master's degree or MBA in a Human Resources discipline
- Relevant experience with business and technology teams and a track record of influencing through datadriven recommendations
- Relevant experience supporting global businesses/teams
