    Description

    PMC ondersteunen bij transacties;
    Verkrijgen van bedrijfsgoedkeuringen voor transactiegerelateerde zaken;
    Zorgen voor de juiste delegaties van bevoegdheden voor elke transactie;
    Vergaderingen bijwonen en notuleren, uittreksels van notulen voorbereiden, de uitvoering van juridische documenten coördineren en documenten traceren (legalisatie, apostille, controle, verificatie van handtekeningen, enz;)
    Contact onderhouden met derde partijen en fondsenteams om een tijdige en correcte afhandeling te garanderen;
    Zorg voor goed bestuur;
    Bijhouden van de juiste juridische dossiers en dossiers;
    Onderhouden van corporate governance van de PMC door het onderhouden van een database die speciaal is ontworpen voor transactiegerelateerde zaken;
    Voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten voor transactierapportage aan de bewaarder en accountant en hen indien nodig voorzien van alle relevante documenten en informatie;
    Zorgen voor juridische documentatie van transactiegerelateerde geldstromen;
    Organiseren van de uitvoering van afsluitingsdocumenten en follow-up voor het verkrijgen van afsluitingsdocumenten voor de database;
    Adviesdiensten verlenen;
    De beleggingsadviseur adviseren over de Luxemburgse vereisten voor transactiegerelateerde zaken;
    Toezicht houden op de Beleggingsbeheerder;
    Zorgen voor de juiste goedkeuring van gedelegeerde bevoegdheden aan de Beleggingsadviseur en ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van jaarlijkse evaluaties van de Beleggingsadviseur.

    Profile

    Achtergrond in bedrijfsadministratie en secretariaat, met enige kennis van het recht;
    Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in de vastgoedsector (junior profielen ook mogelijk);
    Ervaring met werken in een internationale omgeving;
    Kennis van administratieve procedures;
    Vlotheid in het Engels en Duits, Frans is een pluspunt;
    Sterke schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden voor internationale contacten;
    Teamgericht met sterke follow-through en uitvoeringsvaardigheden;
    Zelf gemotiveerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en strakke deadlines te halen;
    Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
    Positieve houding met aandacht voor detail;
    Kennis van Microsoft Office systemen.
