We have a great opportunity for a Paralegal / Legal Secretary, with at least 2 years' Luxembourg based experience to join our client's corporate legal team providing administrative support to the Legal Department.

In this role you will work with a great team of lawyers and company secretaries.You will:
- Collect signatures and execute contracts, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, etc.
- Manage documents and keep records up to date with the RCS, etc.
- Store documents on the efiling system
- Assist the team with the preparation of Board meetings, along with assembling board packs, convening notices
- Handling AML/KYC requests
- Assisting with legal document production, and also undertaking standard secretarial work associated with that
- Liaise with the legal associates to ensure execution of documents, etc.
- Have prior experience working either as a secretary supporting a legal team or as a paralegal before
- Be reliable and well organized, working with accuracy and efficiency in a proactive way
- Able to multitask and juggle priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally Sharepoint
- Have strong attention to detail
- Possess fluent English language, with French as a preference.
