If you are a positive, experienced corporate legal professional, looking to join a thriving real estate asset manager, look no further


As part of the Company Secretarial team, you will report to the Legal Director, manage a small team, and ensure appropriate corporate legal administration duties are performed to a high standard on the portfolio of corporate entities.


You will use your Luxembourg specific knowledgeto ensure excellence in the full lifecycle of corporate administration with a focus on real estate investments.


Key Responsibilities:


This role reports to the Legal Director and you will ensure effective liaison with the Board of Directors, the Finance team and with external stakeholders.


  • Responsible for general company secretarial activities undertaken in the Luxembourg office
  • Key point of reference for the Board, having a real understanding of the matters under discussion in order to provide strong support.
  • Preparing Board papers, attending Board meetings, taking complex minutes and generally supporting Board members
  • Reviewing internal financing documentation (Account 115s, IFL, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations and procedures
  • Actively supporting the investment team in managing transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, etc.
  • Provide advice and support to the business in regards to all governance matters
  • Managing a small team, and adding value to their career path
  • Ensuring excellent communication with internal finance professionals and with external stakeholders including lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and other service providers
  • Ensuring company records are up to date
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Company Secretary / Corporate Legal Officer (probably more), at least some of which must have been acquired in Luxembourg
  • Prior experience as a people manager
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry will be a distinct advantage
  • University Degree in Law; ICSA qualified would be a bonus
  • Excellent minute taking ability
  • Ability to manage a busy team, in a teamorientated fashion is essential, with the ability to take responsibility
  • Fluent in English; both written and verbal skills are necessary; excellent communication skills with the Board and minute taking are essential
  • Proactive and positive personality with strong integrity
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
