As the Luxembourg branch is growing, our Robert Half team is proudly assisting the firm to hire its future Policy & Governance Officer (M/F/x).

This role will provide corporate governance, corporate secretarial and regulatory support and advice to the Group's Lux companies. The role forms part of the European Group Legal team reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, Managing Director CH.

You will work closely with the local Luxembourg team (currently 2 people) and have regular collaboration with colleagues across the global Group of companies in support of the group's business in Europe.


Responsibilities:

Support the Lux Business on corporate secretarial tasks including but not limited to directorship tasks and filings before the competent authorities
Corporate management of the Lux business (corporate housekeeping), including acting as secretary to the board of directors of the Lux entities
Advice on legal and regulatory matters related to the Lux business
Provide occasional support and assistance with the local contracts

Work closely with the Group Legal team to ensure consistent quality of services, exchange of best practices and compliance with corporate procedures.


Experience/qualification:

Up to 5 years of legal or paralegal experience with corporate secretary task knowledge
Law or paralegal degree from a European University
Fluency in English in writing and verbally; French would be an asset
Good knowledge of MS Office
Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary/international teams highly desired

Ability to function collaboratively and be open to sharing, growth and learning in a team environment consistent with the goals and principles of PRA.

Ability to work independently
Flexible and dynamic team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
