- Vous identifiez, prévenez et mitigez les risques juridiques pouvant affecter les entreprises du Groupe Encevo
- Vous conseillez et assistez les entreprises du Groupe Encevo dans les aspects juridiques de leurs activités, en particulier dans les domaines du droit des affaires, de l'énergie et des fusions/acquisitions
- Vous rédigez, revoyez et négociez des contrats
- Vous établissez des analyses de risques juridiques et émettez des avis juridiques et recommandations
- Vous collaborez à la mise en place de structures et faites le suivi des aspects juridiques de l'intégration opérationnelle de participations, notamment dans un contexte d'opérations de fusion/acquisition
- Vous gérez et suivez les contentieux
- Vous participez à la veille juridique, contribuez au knowledge management au sein du département et à la mise en œuvre des évolutions en résultant au sein des entreprises du Groupe
- Vous participez à la rédaction et à la mise en œuvre de procédures internes
- Vous êtes détenteur d'un Master ou équivalent en Droit (orientation droit commercial, des sociétés ou des affaires) obtenu au Luxembourg, en France, Belgique ou Allemagne
- Vous avez une expérience entre 3 et 5 ans en entreprise ou cabinet d'avocats
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances en droit des nouvelles technologies, droit de la vente et/ou droit de la concurrence est un atout
- Vous avez une capacité élevée d'analyse et de synthèse, et savez gérer les priorités
- Vous êtes proactif, dynamique et orienté résultats
- Doté d'un esprit d'équipe prononcé, vous êtes un bon communicant
- Maitrise orale et écrite des langues française et anglaise, la maitrise de l'allemand ou du néerlandais est considérée comme un atout
