- Identification des moyens légaux pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise à un coût raisonnable et avec un minimum de risques
- Optimisation des droits et obligations de l'entreprise envers les tiers de manière cohérente avec ses objectifs
- Rédaction et négociation de contrats importants
- Collaboration à la mise en place de structures et suivi des aspects juridiques des opérations de fusion/acquisition
- Rédaction d'avis juridiques et gestion du contentieux si nécessaire
- Formation interne sur les marchés publics et les contrats IT
- Veille juridique, knowledge management et communication des évolutions juridiques au Head of Legal
- Rédaction et mise en œuvre de nouvelles règles et procédures internes
- Assistance au Compliance Officer
- Master en Droit (spécialisation en droit commercial des sociétés ou des affaires)
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle requise
- Connaissance en droit des marchés publics et en droit de l'informatique exigée
- Expérience en droit de l'énergie, notamment dans un contexte de service public, est un plus
- Proactivité, dynamisme, orientation résultats, esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
- Maitrise des langues française, anglaise et allemande, luxembourgeois représentant un avantage
