Next Gate Tech is a Luxembourg based data management-as-a-service and analytics company that provides smart automated solutions for the Asset Management Industry.


Who You Will Do:


  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and contracts
  • Work closely with our legal advisors firm to ensure that our company is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, and ensure that all legal agreements are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and provide guidance on how to minimize those risks
  • Manage the legal aspects of companywide projects and initiatives
  • Stay uptodate with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and advise the company accordingly
  • Assist in the management of litigation and disputes, including the selection and management of outside counsel

What YOU will bring to the team:

  • EU Law, Economics and / or Tax university degree
  • 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on corporate law, contracts and preferably intellectual property
  • Experience in a startup or highgrowth company environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
