- Rester à l'affût des évolutions réglementaires et analyser leur impact sur les opérations.
- Rédiger et réviser les politiques et procédures liées au MiFID afin de garantir l'excellence en matière de conformité.
- Évaluer l'efficacité des contrôles de première ligne et atténuer les risques de conformité.
- Gérer le système de surveillance "Market Abuse" et prendre des mesures proactives pour détecter et traiter les activités suspectes.
- Conseiller les parties prenantes et faciliter les initiatives de sensibilisation et de formation en matière de conformité.
- Diplôme universitaire en gestion d'entreprise ou en droit
- Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience directe en matière de conformité réglementaire dans le secteur bancaire.
- Compétences analytiques exceptionnelles et souci du détail.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, avec de solides capacités de communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité avérée à naviguer dans des environnements réglementaires complexes et à trouver des solutions efficaces.
