The role and responsibilities

  • You will actively contribute to prevent, manage and solve tax disputes of different clients from investment funds, banks, insurance companies, multinational enterprises to individuals.
  • You are focused on the business interests of our clients and manage the risks and opportunities of tax disputes. Together with the team, you identify the most suitable resolution mechanism from administrative appeals, mediation, mutual agreement procedures and arbitration to tax litigation.
  • As a Senior Adviser, you will be responsible for the case management, will participate in client meetings and build excellent relationships with clients.
  • You will work closely with our experienced tax advisors, develop junior colleagues and have extensive contact with colleagues worldwide.
  • On top of your law degree, you have at least 4 to 5 years' experience in a similar function.
  • You have excellent knowledge about the Luxembourg tax law.
  • You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and enjoy working in teams.
  • You are fully committed and do have enthusiasm for solving complex tax disputes. You demonstrate intellectual rigor and curiosity.
  • You have excellent writing skills in French and English (German would be advantageous).
