The role and responsibilities

As part of a dynamic and multicultural team, this will be a perfect opportunity for the Senior Tax Advisor to be at the nerve center of a client's business and gain a solid technical knowledge of personal and international taxation, as well as a privileged insight into how different businesses operate.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Tax Advisor:

Enjoys being exposed to global clients and international colleagues,
Searches to work with an established management team who will develop his/her skills and knowledge,
Is the first point of contact and starts developing a trustworthy business relationship with his/her clients,
Builds on his/her personal tax knowhow with advisory and planning for clients,
Reviews the staff's preparations for some individual tax, payroll taxes and social security reporting.
Provides personal tax and social security advise to his/her clients within the Total Reward area, i.e. compensation & benefits, cash and equitybased schemes, design of efficient remuneration packages, etc., and their related crossborder implications,
Provides advises to private clients in the following areas: inheritance tax, donations, life insurances, etc.
Conducts technical tax research to support both compliance and advisory deliverables.
Holds a University degree (BAC+5 or Master's degree) in Law/Economics/Tax or equivalent,
Has an experience of minimum 2 years in a similar function,
Is organized and confident in its ability to deliver the expected level of service to our clients,
Has learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset,
Is open minded in its work approach and displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude,
Is able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure,
Is proficient in English, as well as in German or French (Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage),
