Notre client recrute un Associate Director - Tax à Luxembourg pour un contrat à durée indéterminée.
En tant que Directeur Associé - Fiscalité, vos principales fonctions, sous la supervision de membres plus seniors de l'équipe, seront les suivantes :
Gérer un portefeuille de projets d'investissement dans diverses juridictions, de la phase d'acquisition jusqu'à la cession ;
Coordonner, avec des conseillers fiscaux externes, le processus de due diligence fiscale pour les nouvelles acquisitions et cessions ;
Partager et collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de Tristan Capital Partners à Luxembourg et à Londres ;
Examiner les documents d'acquisition/de vente et leurs implications fiscales pour les fonds et la structure d'investissement ;
Concevoir, conformément à la structure des fonds respectifs et aux recommandations des conseillers fiscaux externes, la structure la plus efficace pour l'apport/le rapatriement de capitaux à/de la société immobilière et préparer le dossier de flux de fonds correspondant ;
Examiner la rédaction et l'exécution des documents d'entreprise pertinents (par exemple, les prêts intragroupes) ;
Fournir des renseignements fiscaux pour anticiper les changements réglementaires et conduire les restructurations pertinentes avec le soutien de conseillers fiscaux externes.
Profile
Compétences, attributs et expérience clés :
Master en fiscalité, économie, finance ou droit des affaires ;
Expérience pertinente dans les transactions de minimum 5 ans au sein du département fiscal d'une société de gestion d'investissement, d'un cabinet de conseil ou d'un cabinet comptable ;
La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire, toute autre langue étrangère est un plus ;
Faire preuve d'engagement et de responsabilité ;
Excellentes capacités de communication et d'organisation ;
Être proactif, rigoureux et capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front ;
Identifier les priorités et respecter les délais.
