Description
Engaging and advising on group-wide initiatives and projects
Providing guidance on corporate organization and addressing diverse project-related concerns
Establishing, managing, and winding up companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions
Crafting and assessing legal documents such as charters, agreements, and memoranda for various purposes
Reviewing contracts and paperwork for private equity and real estate transactions, including financing and regulatory obligations
Examining documentation pertaining to diverse investments undertaken by different entities
Crafting and revising a range of contracts including leases, loans, and share transfer agreements
Managing group trademark affairs
Coordinating with regulatory bodies and external agents to ensure compliance across entities
Monitoring legal and regulatory updates
Providing reports at the group level
Profile
At least 7 years of professional experience on a legal position in Luxembourg and more specifically funds management
Have a client-focused advisory approach
Full proficiency in English
Master Degree in Law
