FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in Funds domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Reporting to the
Corporate Services Team and under the supervision of the
Head of Private Assets Corporate services.
You will work on the implementation and corporate follow-up of the Bank's own SPVs/SCSp/GPs resulting from internal structuring solutions.

Your role will be to act as a coordinator for various outside interlocutors (tax specialists, legal counsels and accountants) as well as with different in-house interlocutors (wealth management specialists, investment advisors, etc.).


Your role:


  • Opening bank accounts and coordinating the necessary paperwork for incorporation.
  • Handling annual accounts by gathering legal documents, preparing board/shareholder approvals, and filing with the RCS (Register of Companies).
  • Managing bank accounts, including maintenance, closure, and processing payments.
  • Drafting adhoc minutes for board of directors meetings, both internally and externally, collecting signatures, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinating extraordinary general meetings (EGM) and other shareholders' resolutions, including document signing, register updates, and RCS filing if necessary.
  • Updating registers for shares and notes.
  • Drafting agreements and other legal documents internally, reviewing externally drafted documents, obtaining manager approval, collecting signatures, and ensuring execution.
  • Handling liquidation and dissolution processes, including preparing liquidation fact sheets, coordinating with a notary, drafting EGMs and power of attorneys (POAs), collecting necessary documents, and filing with the RCS.
  • Collecting legal documentation and information for compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requests from third parties.
  • Maintaining corporate records and registers.
  • Updating the online database as required.

Your profile:


  • Maximum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You are graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French;
  • You have a good understanding of Luxembourg company law and funds industry;
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks;
  • An enquiring mind and a desire to progress;
  • You are well organised, have very good communication skills and good team player.
