- You are responsible for booking travel arrangements and meeting rooms, as well as taxis, restaurant reservations and so on.
- You are in charge of handling correspondence (e.g. physical mail, electronic mail) and also drafting e-mails, as well as welcoming clients physically or by telephone.
- You are also responsible for assisting with the invoicing process with the clients and ensure that the firm is up to date with incoming and outgoing billings.
- You will be involved in the AML/KYC process by collecting the necessary documents and handling a first verification in order to open new client files. Of course, you will receive the necessary trainings for this.
- For at least 2 years, you have been working in a similar role : as legal secretary in a Law Firm, PFS, Big Four or Fiduciary in Luxembourg, or as a corporate administrative assistant.
- Fluency in English and French is asked and required, whereas any other language will represent a plus.
- You have a certain spontaneity and open-mindedness to you, which is why colleagues and clients appreciate interacting with you.
- You are able to show a stable career path and have not job hopped every 2 years for example. You also want to evolve long-term at a future employer.
- You have good organizational skills and a good sense of priorities.
