    Stagiaire Transaction Services Sales – Payment and cash management

    ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) stagiaire Transaction Services Sales à partir du mois de juin 2024 et pour une durée de 6 mois.


    Partie intégrante de la division Wholesale Banking d'ING, le département Transaction Services (TS) opère à l'échelon international dans les métiers du Trade Finance, Payments et Cash Management, ainsi que dans les solutions de cash pooling via sa filiale Bank Mendes Gans. Très présente dans nombre de pays européens, la Banque ING est devenue, en Europe, un acteur de premier plan dans le domaine des services bancaires.
    Le TS Sales à Luxembourg est en capacité de proposer la suite complète de solutions TS à travers le réseau pour les activités PCM (Payments & Cash Management). Cela signifie l'ensemble des produits du domaine TS, c'est-à-dire les paiements et la gestion de trésorerie, la gestion des liquidités, etc.

    Votre Mission



    • Gérer pro-activement des clients de type entreprise pour leurs besoins en matière de gestion de trésorerie (Payments and Cash Management)

    • Assurer le support à la clientèle et accompagner les Chargés de relation

    • Répondre à des appels d'offres (RFP), concevoir des solutions pour répondre aux besoins des clients en matière de gestion de trésorerie

    • Promouvoir les services d'ING en matière de Payments and Cash management et dynamiser cette commercialisation via l'analyse du marché et de la concurrence

    • Travailler en équipe avec les différentes entités du groupe ING lors de structuration de deals internationaux et coordonner l'implémentation de ces derniers au Luxembourg

    • Apporter un soutien de spécialiste aux équipes locales lors du développement de nouveaux produits

    • Coordonner l'implémentation technique et administrative des produits Payments and Cash Management

    • Aptitudes organisationnelles et administratives

    • Capacité de planification et de coordination des tâches

    • Adaptabilité et créativité

    • Maîtrise du Pack office, bonnes connaissances Excel


    Formation/Expérience

    • Formation niveau Bac+4/5 à orientation économique

    • Une expérience dans une fonction similaire est considérée comme un atout

    Langues

    • Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l'anglais indispensable

    • La maîtrise de toute autre langue (néerlandais, luxembourgeois, allemand) sera considérée comme un atout
