RESPONSABLE COMPTABLE
DEFINITION
Assisté d'un ou plusieurs collaborateurs dont vous supervisez les travaux, organisez le travail et vérifiez les performances, et agissant en liaison constante avec la direction, vous assurez la tenue de la comptabilité et contrôlez la gestion des sociétés du groupe, notamment en gérant la trésorerie, en suivant les comptes mensuels et les besoins en fonds de roulement, en élaborant les prévisions budgétaires, en effectuant les révisions comptables partielles, en assurant les écritures comptables d'immobilisation, en élaborant le bilan, le compte de résultat et ses annexes, le dossier justificatif de la balance de fin d'exercice, en établissant les prévisions budgétaires, en calculant les provisions de fin d'exercice, en calculant l'impôt sur les sociétés, en définissant le plan comptable appliqué et en suivant sa mise en œuvre dans le respect des normes en vigueur, en réalisant des diagnostics financiers, en préparant l'audit annuel de l'entreprise, en produisant le prévisionnel financier (tableaux de synthèse, outils de reporting, tableaux prévisionnels), en optimisant les outils décisionnels, et en informant, conseillant les dirigeants dans leurs décisions stratégiques.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
DEFINITION
Assisted by one or more collaborators whom you supervise, organize work, verify performance, and acting in constant liaison with management, you ensure the maintenance of accounting and control the management of group companies, particularly by managing cash flow, monitoring monthly accounts and working capital needs, developing budget forecasts, carrying out partial accounting reviews, recording fixed asset accounting entries, preparing the balance sheet, income statement and its appendices, the supporting documents for the end-of-period trial balance, establishing budget forecasts, calculating year-end provisions, calculating corporate taxes, defining the applied chart of accounts and monitoring its implementation in compliance with current standards, conducting financial diagnostics, preparing the company's annual audit, producing financial projections (summary tables, reporting tools, forecast tables), optimizing decision-making tools, and informing and advising executives in their strategic decisions.
