    Job description:

    Contexte

    En tant que Senior Depositary Oversight Officer, vous collaborez à la mise en place de l'ensemble des activités de contrôles en ligne avec les directives UCITS V et AIFMD. Celles-ci permettent de satisfaire l'obligation de surveillance de la régularité des opérations du Fonds dans l'intérêt des actionnaires et des porteurs de parts du Fonds.

    Missions et responsabilités

    • Vous mettez en place et vous gérez les différentes obligations de surveillance dans les domaines suivants : mise en place d'une nouvelle relation, suivi risque d'une relation existante, suivi journalier des flux cash, surveillance des flux d'administration centrale (FA/TA), gestion des dividendes et de la bonne liquidation des transactions
    • Vous assurez un monitoring régulier des contreparties pour les actifs non financiers et non conservables via un suivi de registre et d'actes de propriété
    • Vous organisez les exercices de suivi de contreparties (Manco /AIFM) et des visites sur site
    • Vous gérez les Opérating Memorandum entre la banque dépositaire, le Fonds et le gestionnaire
    • Vous produisez périodiquement des KPIs/Board Pack à destination du Senior Management du Fonds et de la banque dépositaire
    • Vous participez à l'adaptation des processus et des procédures en place, en fonction de l'évolution des lois, directives et règlements
    • Vous assistez et gérez les Master Agreement groupe avec le département juridique et les différents comités de surveillance
    • Vous agissez comme un membre actif de la première ligne de défense de la banque dépositaire

    Profil

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation universitaire en Finance, Economie et/ou en Droit et vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans l'industrie des fonds (Depositary Bank / Management Company) et de minimum 2 ans dans les fonds alternatifs (Hedge, PE/RE, crédits)
    • Vous maitrisez les principales réglementations luxembourgeoises applicables aux fonds d'investissement, en particulier AIFMD, UCITS V et circulaires 16/644, 18/697
    • Vous possédez une très bonne connaissance des produits des marchés de capitaux
    • Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et vous êtes orienté vers la recherche de solutions
    • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre persévérance et votre sens de l'organisation
    • Vous êtes capable d'interagir avec plusieurs services et contacts à différents niveaux
    • Vous vous exprimez couramment aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en français et en anglais
