    Project Management Intern

    ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) stagiaire en Project Management à partir de Juillet 2024 pour 6 mois ou plus. La personne intègrera le service Center of Expertise Sourcing.

    Le Center of Expertise Sourcing est la cellule en charge de la mise en œuvre des projets sourcing de la banque en lien direct avec la stratégie du Groupe. Elle est au cœur de la banque, avec une vue 360 sur les différentes initiatives et en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des Tribes mais également avec le Groupe et les autres entités du groupe.

    Ce service est également le principal acteur dans la définition du framework d'outsourcing, notamment en organisant les formations et en contrôlant la conformité.

    Votre mission consiste à :

    En tant que stagiaire, votre rôle sera de participer à la livraison de projets en lien avec du sourcing.

    Lors de vos différentes missions « en mode projet » vous aiderez les « Sourcing Project Managers » dans leurs attributions quotidiennes, à savoir :

  • Définition et organisation du projet de transition
  • Coordination des parties prenantes (internes et externes à ING)
  • Animation de workshops avec nombreuses parties prenantes
  • Conception de livrables (risk assessment, présentation Comité de projet, Go/no go,...)
  • Suivi des actions de contrôle des services externalisés

    Dans une moindre mesure, vous pourrez également apporter votre contribution aux autres activités du centre en renforçant l'une ou l'autre des équipes d'experts, concernant des dossiers spécifiques et nécessitant une livraison dans la période impartie de votre stage (à définir en début de stage)

    Votre profil :

    Compétences professionnelles :

  • Formation : Master Ecole de commerce ou Université à orientation économique
  • Appétence pour la gestion de projet
  • Maîtrise de MS Office
  • Une expérience dans les services financiers n'est pas nécessaire mais un plus

    Langues :

  • Français et anglais (niveau professionnel)
