Cédric André

Cédric is a junior consultant with knowledge and background in finances, risk management, strategy, target operating models and business development within the private and public sector. He mainly focused on assisting clients with assignments related to project management, organizational performance, and financial transformation. Cédric holds a master’s degree from HEC Business School in Banking and Asset Management with specialization in financial planning and corporate finances. Over the last few years, he developed a strong expertise in the field of mergers and acquisitions, while working on his thesis about the consolidation of bank mergers. His diachronic analysis proposed a new strategic approach to the decisive factors for cross-border bank mergers in the EU.
Cédric has also been involved in different initiatives related to entrepreneurship and innovation. During these projects, he has assumed different roles as coordinator and promoter of international teams.
