Votre terrain de jeu
En tant qu'Assistante au Management, vous occuperez une position centrale, contribuant activement à diverses missions clés. Votre rôle de gardien(ne) du courrier, assurera une communication fluide, tandis que votre accueil téléphonique et physique chaleureux créera des premières impressions positives. Vous jonglerez avec agilité entre la rédaction bilingue de documents, la gestion des fournitures et la préparation logistique des réunions, garantissant ainsi la fluidité de nos opérations quotidiennes.
Votre rôle s'étendra également à la sphère de la communication, où en tant que maître d'orchestre de celle-ci, vous renforcerez notre présence à travers des actions stratégiques telles que la gestion des demandes de sponsoring, la représentation de Siemens lors d'événements, et la création dynamique de newsletters, de présentations PowerPoint, ainsi que d'annonces publicitaires.
Parallèlement, vous prendrez part à des projets événementiels de la conception du programme à la gestion budgétaire et à la sélection des prestataires. Vous orchestrerez l'organisation logistique et matérielle d'événements externes et internes. Votre responsabilité ne se limitera pas à la planification, mais englobera également un suivi minutieux pour garantir le succès et la satisfaction à chaque étape.
Profile
Vos atouts pour réussir:
Diplômé/e d'un cursus BAC+2 vous détenez 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste au moins partiellement similaire. Vous savez très bien manier toutes sortes d'outils. Powerpoint, Word, Outlook et Excel n'ont pas non plus de secret pour vous. De plus, vous aimez vous familiariser avec les nouvelles technologies et les nouveaux systèmes bureautiques.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne dont l'intelligence relationnelle, l'agilité et la capacité d'adaptation sont des atouts majeurs. Si vous possédez un fort sens de la communication, associé à une organisation sans faille, une gestion des priorités proactive, ainsi qu'un sens du service et de la discrétion exemplaires, alors vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e). Votre flexibilité sera également un précieux atout dans notre environnement dynamique.
Plongé dans un environnement multiculturel, vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'allemand afin d'échanger aisément avec les collaborateurs du site et clients. L'anglais et le Luxembourgeois sont des atouts complémentaires.
