- Be part in a moving and constant evolving client servicing department;

- Support our various business lines with IT oriented solutions;
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting services by contributing to the development and improvement of our internal reporting system;
- Staying up to date with latest developments in application coding to propose their implementation within the business teams.
- Write efficient and maintainable Python code for data analysis, model development, and internal library implementation.
- Create robust Python libraries with a focus on quality and adherence to industry-leading development standards.
- Demonstrate strong unit testing skills by designing and implementing comprehensive test suites to ensure the reliability and functionality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of code, algorithms, and research findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the project team to comprehensively analyze and assess new development initiatives.
- Uphold accountability for meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Provide valuable technical support to the team, leveraging your expertise and tools.
- Deliver training programs to team members as needed, ensuring their proficiency in relevant skills.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Code reviews and optimization
- Develop/Innovate new tactical systems to improve work quality and efficiency
- Be enrolled in a master's degree in mathematics (Statistics)
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and SciPy
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code optimization
- Hold proven IT skills and excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, any other IT language is an asset
- Interest in new technologies (AI, machine learning)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
- Be rigorous, quality driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthetic skills
