Your tasks

You execute accounting transactions in compliance with Lux GAAP and Encevo Group accounting guidelines
You apply internal and Group cost accounting guidelines
You ensure the timely execution of mandatory payments, filings, and declarations (VAT, tax, Intrastat, ...)
You follow-up on CAPEX projects
You perform dunning activity of overdue customer items
You prepare payment orders for suppliers and process SEPA collection files
You monitor intercompany transactions
You execute monthly and year-end closing tasks (accruals, amortizations, WIP, ...), including management reporting
You deliver relevant data to auditors

Your profile

You hold a DAP in administration or any related field
Proven experience in accounting
You have an affinity for IT and you are good with numbers
You are characterised by rigour, precision and a strong sense of quality
You enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is considered an asset
