The mission of the Fund Services department is to ensure that all the central administration services rendered to the investment vehicles/funds administered by CF Fund Services are efficiently performed within
- the legal and regulatory framework prescribed by applicable laws and regulations,
- the prospectuses/placement memorandum of the funds,
- the procedures in place and
- the contractual arrangements and individual requirements agreed with each of the fund promoters.

The following activities are performed within

Fund Services:
Fund accounting and reporting, Administrative services, Transfer agent, Domiciliary services, Sales and relationship.

The primary role of the Registrar and Transfer Agent is to deal with investors on-boarding and to maintain the shareholders' register of third-party alternative investment funds (AIF).


Responsibilities:


  • Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as dividend distributions
  • Issuance and transmission to the investors of contract notes, holding statements and convening notices to the AGM/EGM
  • Issuance and transmission to the investors of capital notices
  • Maintenance of the shareholders register
  • Replying to investors queries
  • Chasing investors in case of missing and/or incomplete documents and late payment of subscription monies
  • Daily management and supervision of the TA team
  • Bring support and KPIs to the Authorised Management
  • Supervise regular AML review of the investors
  • Followingup on auditors requests relating to investors documentation
Must Have Requirements
If...

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a Registrar and Transfer Agent position preferably within a management company or financial and corporate services provider
  • You have a working experience with alternative investment funds and/or hedge funds
  • You have knowledge of AML/KYC requirements
  • You have a previous experience in dealing with complex investor structures (e.g. trusts, foundations)
  • You have good proficiency of Microsoft office tools
  • You speak French and English fluently
  • You have a good Team spirit
  • You have ability to work under pressure
  • You have strong organizational skills and quality focus
  • You have good communication skills (oral & written)
