- You execute accounting transactions in compliance with Lux GAAP and Encevo Group accounting guidelines.
- You apply internal and Group cost accounting guidelines.
- You ensure the timely execution of mandatory payments, filings, and declarations (VAT, tax, Intrastat, ...).
- You follow-up on CAPEX projects.
- You perform dunning activity of overdue customer items.
- You prepare payment orders for suppliers and process SEPA collection files.
- You monitor intercompany transactions.
- You execute monthly and year-end closing tasks (accruals, amortizations, WIP, ...), including management reporting.
- You deliver relevant data to auditors.
- You hold a DAP in administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in accounting.
- You have an affinity for IT and you are good with numbers.
- You are characterised by rigour, precision and a strong sense of quality.
- You enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
