We are seeking an Accounting Agent
As an Accounting Agent you will bring expertise to the finance department to ensure that the quality, timeliness, completeness of reported figures as well as compliance with accounting and regulations

What you will be working on

AP Inbox maintenance
Handling incoming invoices/credit notes
Rejecting invoices with no PO quoted
Archiving all Invoices and saving of Mailroom Scans
Forwarding supplier PMT queries to the related accountant
P2P Processing
Creation of new instance with & without a PO
Matching invoice to a PO and GRN if done then move invoice to "Ok to Book"
Creating a GRN Request where no GRN exists yet
P2P Follow up PO Matching to Inv Instance/Process
P2P PO & GRN Maintenance
P2P PO & GRN Maintenance

, Escalations

P2P review of PO in "invoicing" status
Review of retroactive PO to ensure that no invoices are missing
Warning the Supervisors when invoices (not KPMG MFE invoices) above 50K are received

What we look for
You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields

You have previous experience in similar roles

You have good administrative and analytical skills

You are a team player

You have solid accounting knowledge and good tax knowledge and legislation

You are very skilled in Excel

You are a problem solver

You have great organizational skills

You are autonomous

You are fluent in English (French will be considered an asset)
