    Dans le cadre de notre nouvelle stratégie dont l'objectif est de transformer notre infrastructure sur base des nouvelles technologies disponibles, de créer un nouvel élan commercial et d'améliorer l'expérience client, nous recherchons de nouveaux talents agiles, dynamiques et avec un esprit disruptif pour nos départements Commercial, Opérations et Transformation.

    Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons actuellement pour le département Transformation un(e) Responsable Business Testing (m/f/n)

    Vos missions

    • Identifier, documenter et exécuter des tests métiers sur tous les flux End to End de POST Finance ainsi que les outils technologiques impactés, afin d'assurer des livraisons de qualité
    • Participer au bon fonctionnement de l'activité en assurant des tâches quotidiennes, apporter conseil et assistance aux membres de l'équipe en cas de besoin
    • Être le garant de la discipline au sein d'une équipe en cours de développement, organiser des réunions d'information et favoriser la coopération et les échanges entre les collaborateurs
    • Motiver, gérer et évaluer ses collaborateurs
    • Participer au développement d'outils, de politiques internes et de procédures opérationnelles en relayant les dysfonctionnements éventuels détectés
    • Relayer à la hiérarchie toutes les informations nécessaires à l'exécution des tâches administratives de gestion de personnel (demandes de congés, ...)
    • Prendre en charge toute autre demande formulée par son/ses supérieur(s) hiérarchique(s) en tenant compte des aptitudes professionnelles et personnelles du collaborateur

    Votre profil

    • Être titulaire d'un Bachelor (BAC+3) en informatique, gestion de projets ou dans un domaine équivalent
    • Avoir une expérience significative en quality assurance ou en business testing combinée avec une expérience managériale
    • Avoir une certification ISTQB est requise pour le poste
    • Maitrise les techniques de gestion de projets et de testing sur des domaines variés
    • Être rigoureux (se), organisé(e) avec un esprit rationnel
    • Avoir un bon relationnel et avoir la capacité de travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles
    • Parler couramment français et anglais. L'allemand et le luxembourgeois seront considérés comme un avantage
