- Supporting senior fee-earners in advising international clients on diversified legal matters in the domain of corporate and business law
- Being involved in a wide variety of transactional operations such as the set up of Luxembourg structures, merger and acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures and corporate financings etc.
- Conducting legal research, drawing up and reviewing legal documents and, more generally, participating to legal and transactional work relating to the implementation of the above matters
- A master's degree in law, preferably in Luxembourg, France or Belgium
- An excellent command in English (both written and spoken) and ideally French
- Practical legal experience through direct contact with fee-earners and Partners
- Internal training and exposure to various clients and practice areas in an international environment
