I am collaborating with a brand protection specialist and trade mark company for the recruitment of a Legal Assistant.

You will assist the Patent Attorneys in managing all national patent for several offices :
Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and filling of all national patent

Submit registrable transactions such as assignments, changes of names and licenses

Ensure all appropriate service charges or official fees have been recorded in the system

Assist Luxembourg attorneys

Work closely with other teams (UK..) and attorney

Profiles:

Ideally 2 years of experience including an experience in Intellectual Property or in a law firm

Professional command of English & French is required

Ability to understand written German is mandatory

Excellent attention to detail & communications skills

Efficient and organized
