Ihre Aufgaben :
Unter der Leitung des Supply Chain & Purchasing Managers sind Sie für die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen (Lebensmittel und Verpackungen) im Zusammenhang mit dem Produktionsplan zuständig und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen mit Lieferanten
Erstellung eines Beschaffungsplans zur Optimierung des Lagerbestands und Vermeidung von Engpässen
Verhandlung von Preisbedingungen und Überwachung der Produktqualität und Lieferfristen
Bearbeitung von Qualitätsbeschwerden bei Lieferanten und Lösung von etwaigen Streitigkeiten
Suche nach neuen Beschaffungsquellen für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte oder alternative Lösungen bei Engpässen
Analyse und Kontrolle des Lagerbestands und Aktualisierung der erforderlichen ERP-Systemparameter für eine optimale Überwachung
Analyse und Vorwegnahme saisonaler oder periodischer Bedarfsschwankungen
Durchführung einer kontinuierlichen Marktstrategiebeobachtung
Überwachung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten des bestehenden Teams und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Lagerverwaltungsrichtlinien
Profil :
Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Logistik / Supply Chain oder haben Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
Sie sind organisiert und zeigen Initiative und Reaktionsfähigkeit
Sie beherrschen die gängigen Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise SAP
Sie sprechen fließend Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch
Sie sind ein guter Teamplayer
Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich (Produktspezifika, Saisonalität, Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum usw.) und ein gutes Beziehungsnetzwerk sind von Vorteil
