- Sicherstellung der Durchführung und Kontrolle der täglichen Nettoinventarwert-Berechnung der Sondervermögen des Teams
- Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsaufteilung innerhalb des Teams
- aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
- Kontrolle des (Jahres-) Berichtszahlenmaterials der zugeordneten Fonds
- Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Aus-/ Weiterbildung der Team-Mitglieder
- teamübergreifende Unterstützung im Rahmen der operativen Prozesse der Fondsbuchhaltung
- Strukturierung / Optimierung von Prozessen innerhalb der Abteilung bzw. abteilungs-/ einheitsübergreifend
- aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Ausbildung im Bank- oder Investmentfondsbereich bzw. wirtschaftliches Studium
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Fondsbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und selbstständige sowie präzise Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft, kundenorientiertes Handeln und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit der Fondsbuchhaltungssoftware XENTIS (von Vorteil)
- gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie praktisches Know-how im Rahmen von Fonds-Migrationsprojekten (von Vorteil)
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
