POSTE

Bookkeeping a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary.

Completing all aspects of accounting matters for a portfolio of fund structures, including the preparation, reconciliation and proofing of investor reports, statutory financial statements, and adhoc investor queries.
Calculating and checking NAVs of inhouse and thirdparty funds.
Responding to the different requests from clients (inside and outside the Group), in order to guarantee a quality service that meets the requirements of a diverse client base.
Taking a critical view of the procedures in place and contributing to the development of the Accounting Department with a view to optimising processes and minimising risks.
Contributing to all tasks relating to the lifecycle of funds.
Preparing periodic bank reconciliations and provide supporting documentation evidencing transactions.
Maintaining the general ledger and subledgers for a range of funds and SPVs.
Performing reconciliations and daily/weekly cash monitoring.
Assisting the team in preparation of financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
Preparing payment instructions for investments, management fees and invoices and Investors payments.
Preparation of the financial statement with the annex.
Preparation of consolidated accounts.
Preparation of tax provisions.
Preparation of income tax and VAT returns, tax computations.
Deposit accounts through eCDF.
Assisting the team in organising, maintaining and filing of clients /funds/SPVs documents.
Dealing with any SPV activities.
Preparation of CSSF reporting.
Dealing with the completion of routine audit queries.

Profil Expérimenté dans la comptabilité de fonds demandé (2 ans d'expérience)
Anglais obligatoire
