Company profile:


Our client is a reputable Real Estate Investment firm, that due to the evolution of the role, they are in need of Senior Fund Accountants, professional with 2-3 years experience in Fund Accounting for Real Estate funds and SPVs.

In this role as a Senior Fund Accountant you will be exposed to:

  • Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and any other required accounting statements or financial reports.
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
  • Preparing key Balance Sheet reconciliations and reviewing those done by others.
  • Maintaining, recording, and reconciling billings and accounts receivables and any other bookings based on the relevant supporting documentation.
  • Examining financial statements and documents for conformance with accounting requirements and principles.
  • Creating monthend accounting entries. Reconciling discrepancies; posting to GL.
  • Answering questions regarding various accounting issues and reports, including profit and loss reports.
  • Researching open accounting issues and liaise with the relevant parties to solve them

Key requirements:


  • ACCA qualification is a plus
  • 23 year of experience in accounting, or finance in Luxembourg;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience in Real Estate, or any alternative funds exposure is a plus;
  • Consolidation experience is a must;
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
