- Vous vous occupez de la facturation de la vente d'énergie (gaz et électricité)
- Vous traitez les factures des grands producteurs d'énergie locaux ou étrangers dont l'énergie est rachetée par Enovos Luxembourg
- Vous gérez l'impression et l ́envoi des factures
- Vous établissez des rapports de ventes et d ́achat en relation avec les clôtures de bilans mensuels et annuels
- Vous vous chargez de l ́adaptation des prix standards, des prix négociés et des structures tarifaires au sein des systèmes
- Vous vous chargez de la facturation manuelle de certains produits et services en relation avec de ventes ou des prestations intra groupe d ́Encevo
- Vous validez et contrôlez des factures entrantes d'utilisation de réseau provenant des gestionnaires de réseau et vous vous occupez de la gestion des questions à ce sujet
- Vous supportez les « agent sales » concernant les questions détaillées sur nos factures
- Vous traitez les cas exceptionnels dans le domaine de la facturation, y compris la gestion des plans de paiement et des correspondances
- Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme technicien en division administrative ou équivalent
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Vous êtes engagé et orienté résultats
- Vous avez un sens développé des responsabilités et du travail soigné
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles
- Vous maîtrisez, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, le luxembourgeois, le français et l'allemand
