Junior Accountant - Luxembourg - Viber

Viber is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team The ideal individual should possess an academic accounting background, show great interest in project-based work, and enjoy working across functions.

• Daily bookkeeping activities: day to day accounting: invoicing, billing, bank reconciliations and client/supplier reconciliations.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Assist the Financial Controller for the monthly closing end to end.
• Ensure exhaustiveness, integrity and accuracy of all the transactions across the various systems. Identify issues, perform reconciliations, and propose perennial solutions.

• Relevant university degree in the field of finance or accounting
• Handson experience in bookkeeping, invoicing/billing is a plus.
• Excellent IT literacy skills including Excel and Word. SAP Business One is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across European businesses, international companies and with internal and external partners.
• Rigorous and organized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English any other language is a plus.
• Must be able to work in our Luxembourg office.
