    La Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) est l'opérateur d'aérodrome responsable de l'exploitation de l'infrastructure aéroportuaire. Notre plateforme fournit, entre autres, des services de vols directs vers plus de 100 destinations via 16 compagnies aériennes.

    Nous comptons plus de 350 employés, issus de différents horizons et de 19 nationalités.

    Ensemble, nous travaillons quotidiennement pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'aéroport et pour fournir un service de qualité à nos passagers.

    Grâce à l'engagement de tous, nous respectons notre devise, soit être l'aéroport « best-in-class ». Notre renommée se traduit également en quelques chiffres clés : fin 2022, par exemple, nous avons atteint 4,05 millions de passagers et tonnes de fret.

    Pour continuer à respecter nos engagements et développer d'autres projets, nous recrutons actuellement, dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité : un Commercial Coordinator pour le Département Commercial - CDD.

    L'objectif de ce recrutement est de renforcer l'équipe existante au sein du département Commercial.

    Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Head Of Retail & Business Development.

    Vos responsabilités


    Vos missions quotidiennes

    • Gérer et développer l'activité des partenaires commerciaux (commerces, restauration, régie publicitaire, etc.) dans le but d'accroitre le chiffre d'affaires
    • Réaliser le suivi des contrats et veiller au bon respect du cahier des charges
    • Contrôler la qualité des services commerciaux au sein du Terminal, y compris la mise en place de plans d'actions et d'axes d'amélioration communs avec les partenaires, en vue d'améliorer les résultats
    • Etre le point de contact opérationnel pour les partenaires commerciaux

    Vos autres missions

    • Analyser les indicateurs et performances commerciales afin d'initier, développer et mettre en place des plans d'actions dans le cadre du développement commercial
    • Mettre en place un système de reporting commercial, développer et suivre les nouveaux KPIs dans le but de mieux comprendre les besoins clients
    • Conceptualiser, planifier, lancer et transformer de nouvelles activités commerciales en fonction des opportunités identifiées tout en respectant la stratégie de l'entreprise
    • Elaborer, déployer des enquêtes clients afin d'analyser et effectuer des propositions de plans d'actions
    • Accompagner le management dans l'établissement du budget du département et participer au déploiement du processus budgétaire
    • Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs

    Le profil requis

    Etudes / formations :

    Diplôme d'études supérieures (Bachelor) ou expérience équivalente

    Expérience :

    2-3 années d'expérience confirmées dans le secteur commercial / commerce de détail

    Compétences et connaissances requises :

    Obligatoires :

    • Anglais : courant à l'oral et à l'écrit
    • Français ou Allemand : courant à l'oral et à l'écrit

    Connaissances spécifiques au métier :

    • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps ;
    • Compétences analytiques ;
    • Attitude orientée "clients" et "résultats" ;
    • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe.
