- Drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements and any other legal documents;
- Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to a PFS are followed;
- Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business;
- Liaising with third parties such as service providers, lawyers, notaries, local authorities, etc...;
- Taking part in various projects;
- Working on specific client files when necessary.
- You have obtained or are currently registered for a master's degree in law;
- You are interested in a long term traineeship to complement your education;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You are well organised, have very good communication skills and you are a good team player;
- You are also proactive and eager to learn.
