- Régler chaque outil avant l'exécution prévue, en veillant à ce que les paramètres du processus soient respectés et que la qualité des pièces soit acceptable.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue en étroite collaboration avec les services de production, de maintenance, d'ingénierie, de développement et de qualité.
- Participer à l'élaboration du programme de fabrication LEAN.
- Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus pour les produits futurs.
- Participer à la formation afin de développer les compétences.
- Baccalauréat ou 2 ans d'études en génie mécanique ou en génie de la maintenance
- La pratique du LEAN manufacturing est appréciée
- Une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un environnement industriel est un plus.
- Avoir une approche axée sur les processus pour le dépannage et la résolution des problèmes.
- Capacité à mettre en place et à maintenir des normes de production de qualité
- Capacité à effectuer des calculs mathématiques associés aux paramètres de traitement.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication
- Expérience dans l'industrie automobile
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ou du français est indispensable, l'allemand est un atout
- Connaissances de base en mécanique et en électricité est souhaitée
