Corporate Officer - Luxembourg - Funds Talent
Description
Summary:
- Supporting seniors to prepare draft and legal documents, from AtoZ full company life cycle.
- Drafting, tracking, and checking corporate legal documents.
- Providing corporate secretarial services to Luxembourg based clients.
- Preparing the statutory forms with the CSSF ("Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier").
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as merger events and dividend distributions.
- Supporting any operational or organisational projects related to Registrar and Transfer Agent tasks.
- Proven knowledge of compliance, AML, KYC and applicable data protection principles and requirements.
- Establishing and improving legal and corporate governance guidelines and procedures.
Key requirements:
- Language: Fluent English,French and Italian a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience from Luxembourg.
- Degree educated, preferably in business law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
