- CSSF circular 21/790 planning of the annual self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) as well as the planning of the separate report (SR) for all products in scope
- External and internal coordination of the SAQ and SR questionnaire
- Collection of all required information to complete SAQ reporting
- Qualitative assessment of all information received
- Submission of drafted SAQ to the management of the board (or similar body)
- Final submission of validated SAQ responses
- Bank training or comparable training or studies with financial focus
- Good knowledge of the investment fund industry in particular the regulatory framework and the operational processes of a Management Company
- Project management experience
- Proactivity, team spirit, flexibility and stress resilience
- Focus on quality and accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a structured and meticulous way
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) as well as secure handling of typical information systems
- Fluency in German and English
