Posted- 13-Feb-2023- Service line- REI Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Accounting/Finance, Administrative, Legal, Project Management- Location(s)- Luxembourg - Luxembourg - Luxembourg- We have an interesting learning opportunity available for an Fund Administrator at CBRE Investment Management for our office in Luxembourg for the period of 6 months (parental leave cover).

You will be reporting to the Manager Fund Legal Services.-**Your key responsibilities will be: - Supporting the management and fund team of European Real Estate Funds (procedural and administrative compliance, as well as the corporate governance)

Being in charge of convening Board of Managers meetings, preparing board packs, drafting meeting minutes and filing
Managing shareholders and the shares and capital transactions as well as investor communication (including share transfers and prepare and minutes investor meetings minutes as well as (financial) reporting to investors)
Assisting with restructuring and/or setting up new investment structures (implementation and maintenance of the legal and fiscal structure of the funds)
Cooperating with various departments and service providers where your legal, fiscal and financial knowledge is of great importance

What do you have to offer us?

Graduated Bachelor or Masters in Law or Business Administration
Between 24 years of relevant (legal) professional experience (e.g. corporate law, fiscal law or contract law)
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (French and/or German are nice to have)
Attention to detail and superb organizational skills
Sociable and proactive
Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of the real estate investment market is an advantage
Motivated individual, willing to work autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and accurate work, but also having the necessary team spirit
Handson mentality
