- Vous rédigez les annonces de recrutement selon les profils établis, en anglais et en français, sur les différents jobboards
- Vous traitez les réponses et procédez au classement des candidatures
- Vous participez à l'intégration des nouveaux employés
- Vous contribuez à l'amélioration de l'offre de formation, ainsi qu'au déploiement et au suivi du plan de formation
- Vous participez à la rédaction de la newsletter interne
- Vous rédigez des articles en anglais pour le magazine interne du Groupe
- Vous contribuez à l'organisation d'évènements à destination des employés
- Vous prenez en charge la préparation des communications RH récurrentes
- Vous animez nos réseaux sociaux (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram) en créant du contenu adapté pour accroître notre visibilité.
- Vous préparez une Licence ou un Master en Ressources Humaines (ou un diplôme équivalent)
- Vous possédez des capacités en langues et en communication, et vous êtes confortable tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral en anglais et en français
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous êtes polyvalent/e
- Vous êtes organisé/e et rigoureux/se dans vos tâches
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de design tels que Canva
- Vous êtes intéressé/e par l'IT
