Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to discover the Business Development, Marketing & Communication department of our firm in Luxembourg.

You will take full part in the management and coordination of events and the production of marketing & communication materials.

This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about the daily operation and BD function in an international law firm.

Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, client briefings, capability statements, CVs)
Contribute to the update of our internal communication tools (intranet news, internal newsletter, diverse reporting on Coms and marketing activities)
Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction)
Follow up of our sponsoring in the Luxembourg market and abroad
Provide your support to all our BD, Marketing & Communication initiatives and team members (project management, activity reporting, document preparation)

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing
Business-Communication

Interpersonal skills

Strong presentation and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous followthrough
Practical, proactive, commercially minded and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude

Language and IT skills

Fluency in English. French considered as an asset
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Interest in digital tools and social media (LinkedIn)
