    Key Responsibilities

    • Create project roadmaps and communicate requirements to different teams
    • Establish measurable project milestones and continuously set goals for ongoing programs
    • Analyze data to guide project decisions and offer valuable business insights
    • Lead meetings with partner teams to monitor progress, launch new initiatives, and enhance existing programs
    • Define project standards and ensure adherence to them
    • Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders

    A Day in the Life

    As a Program Manager, each day brings new challenges and opportunities. You'll navigate through projects at varying stages, from inception to execution, balancing independent tasks with collaborative efforts. Your mornings may involve data collection and evaluation for a program trial, while afternoons might see you strategizing resource allocation for another project. Teamwork, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication are at the core of your daily routine.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • University degree
    • Relevant experience in program management involving multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative data effectively for decision-making
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional setting

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Background in operational environments or collaboration with technical teams
    • Experience coordinating with teams in diverse locations and external partners
