- Supervise and control the availability of the production environment and control the production backups;
- Monitor the smooth running of batch processing of production and test environments;
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support, and contribute to resolving incidents and problems;
- Inform the business lines of any deterioration and/or interruption of services;
- Coordinate the provision of test environments within the given timeframe;
- Write and update operating documentation and takeover instructions;
- Contribute in maintaining and optimizing internal system management processes, within a framework based on ITIL, with a service management tool.
- On-site shifts between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m (with 24/7 on-call rotation)
- A degree in Computer Science (at least 2 years in higher education), with previous experience in a similar position ;
- Very good knowledge of Unix and Windows environment and Scheduling tools (Control-m ideally) ;
- Team Spirit and Strong client service orientation.

The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions.
