    Pour l'un de nos clients situés à Bertrange, Sofitex Talent recherche pour un démarrage immédiat un(e)

    Assistant(e) Service Client Fr-En (H/F)

    Vos tâches:

    • Personne de contact privilégiée, vous renseignez nos clients de manière agréable, efficace et précise
    • Vous gérez les appels téléphoniques et la boite mail générale et assurez la gestion des commandes et des inscriptions aux formations
    • En collaboration avec notre distributeur, vous veillez à l'expédition journalière des commandes, surveillez le stock et lancez les réassorts des ouvrages
    • Vous vous occupez au quotidien de la gestion des abonnements : création de nouveaux abonnements, renouvellements, modification des données clients...
    • Vous gérez également les impayés
    • Vous tenez régulièrement à jour la base de données de nos contacts

    Profil

    • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience similaire réussie
    • Vous avez une orthographe irréprochable en français
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais – le neerlandais est un atout
    • Vous êtes organisé.e, dynamique, autonome, résistant.e au stress et doté.e d'une réelle conscience professionnelle
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    • Vous êtes orienté.e client, qualité de service et solution
    • Vous aimez le travail en équipe
    • Vous disposez d'un permis B
    • Vous avez l'esprit PME

    Vous êtes disponible dès à présent pour un intérim en vue de CDI (après 3 mois en intérim)

    Salaire: minimum qualifié luxembourgeois + tickets restaurants à 15€
